I chose to use the script from the TDT that offers a different message to their customers with the different times of the day. I put the message on the side bar where the new buttons are going to be located. these buttons will use JavaScript to allow OnCall's customers to schedule service. In looking for a script for the buttons I went back to the book. The TDT's are very helpful.
I went to our live chat archive and realized that I would need separate .gif files for each element. So I began building my elements. Once done with this I entered the code in my html document to allow for the initial buttons. and went back to the chat to complete the assignment.
